Conflict Solutions, LLC Fees

Hourly Fee $ 150.00 per hour ($75 per party per hour)
All fees are divided equally between the parties per hour unless there is another arrangement made with Conflict Solutions, LLC. There is a two-hour minimum charge for any mediation scheduled, excluding the parties meeting to review and sign a mediated settlement agreement.

Retainer: A retainer in the amount of $300.00 (divided equally between the parties) will be paid to Conflict Solutions, LLC  immediately upon scheduling of the mediation. This retainer covers preparation for the case, which includes, but is not limited to, up to one hour to review case documents, normal correspondence, the mediation intake with each party, and a brief pre-mediation conference with each party. Any additional time spent reviewing the case materials, excessive correspondence or pre-mediation conferences will be billed at the normal hourly rate.

Drafting Time:  If an agreement is reached, the mediator will charge for only the actual time necessary to write the agreement, which accurately reflects the parties wishes.

Co-Mediation Fees – $200 per hour (divided between the parties) Co-mediation is beneficial in cases with high conflict, numerous assets, parties who have an unbalanced feeling in the conflict, or when a case would benefit from mediators with different backgrounds in subject matter knowledge.

Fees for the mediation session are due prior to or at the start of the mediation session.
